〖摘 要〗介绍了国内外大气颗粒物标准样品体系构成及制备技术,分析了我国大气颗粒物标准样品存在的种类和目标组分单一、研制技术薄弱等问题。在借鉴国外发展经验和考虑我国需求和研究能力的基础上,提出了拓宽大气颗粒物标准样品基质和污染物种类、完善标准样品体系、加强合作与科研投入、逐步攻克研制技术难点等对策和建议。

Abstract〗In this paper, foreign and domestic air particulate standard reference material systems and their preparing technologies were systematically introduced. The problems about domestic air particulate standard reference material were analyzed, including simple types, limited target components, and weak preparation technology. Based on foreign development experience, domestic needs and research ability, strategies and suggestions were made to improve the development of air particulate standard reference material, including to increase the kinds of air particulate standard reference materials matrix and pollutant components, to strengthen cooperation with foreign research institutions, to reinforce the scientific research, and to conquer the difficulties of preparation technology.

〖摘 要〗根据上海市工业区大气污染排放特征,在构建大气特征污染监控网络的基础上,搭建了工业区大气污染预警监测信息平台,并研究了适用于大气特征污染自动站的通信传输规范,确保数据联网和应用。平台设置了大气质量监控、大气数据管理、污染源一厂一档、大气质量分析评价、污染源溯源分析、应急监测数据管理、智能移动终端查询等7个子系统,可为上海市工业区大气污染预警和管控提供实时监测数据。

Abstract〗Based on the characteristics of air pollution emission in Shanghai industrial area and air pollution monitoring network, an air pollution early warning and monitoring information platform was built up. Communication transmission specifications applied in air automatic monitoring station were studied to insure data connectivity and applications. The system is composed of seven parts: air quality monitoring system, atmospheric data management system, one plantone file record system, air quality analysis and evaluation system, pollution source analysis system, emergency monitoring data management system and intelligent mobile terminal inquiry system. It can provide realtime monitoring data for early warning and control of air pollution in Shanghai industrial area.

〖摘 要〗分析了目前重金属污染综合防治管理的现状及存在的问题,介绍了“十二五”期间南京市重金属污染综合防治管理经验。指出明确的重金属污染物减量化目标、系统的管理模式设计和科学的政策手段是该市重金属污染综合防治取得成效的关键,包括采取的主要干系人协调合作模式,以及加强组织领导、强化污染源头控制、落实企业主体责任、防范场地环境污染、提升环境监管能力、加强制度标准建设等政策手段,并对今后的工作方向提出了具体建议。

Abstract〗The current situation and problem for management of integrated control of heavy metal pollution in Nanjing were analyzed in this paper, and the related experience during 12th FiveYear plan were also introduced. The clear reduction targets for heavy metal pollutants, design of management system, and scientific policy instruments were the keys to the integrated control of heavy metal pollution in Nanjing, which including cooperation mode of main stakeholders, strengthening of organizational leadership, strengthening of pollution source control, implementation of the main responsibility of enterprises, prevention of site environmental pollution, improvement of ability of environmental supervision, and strengthening the construction of institution, etc. Meanwhile, specific suggestions for future work were made in this paper.

〖摘 要〗介绍了水体异味现象及异味物质组分,综述了闭环捕集、吹扫捕集、液液萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取、搅拌棒吸附萃取等样品前处理技术。指出气相色谱/质谱联用具有很强的分离和定性定量能力,与上述前处理技术联用是目前水体异味物质分析应用最广泛的方法。

Abstract〗The peculiar smell of water and the components of odorous substances were introduced. This paper summarized a number of extraction techniques based on closedloop stripping analysis (CLSA), purgeandtrap analysis (P & T), liquidliquid extraction (LLE), solidphase extraction (SPE) and solidphase microextraction (SPME), stirbar sorptive extraction (SBSE), which were applied to enrich target compounds in water. Gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GC/MS) had powerful separation, identification and quantitation abilities. The combination of the above pretreatment techniques and GC/MS would help in the study of taste and odor problem.

〖篇 名〗锡林河流域草原植物群落多样性沿海拔梯度变化特征

〖摘 要〗以锡林河流域草地植被为研究对象,采用物种重要值,α、β多样性指数对流域植物群落多样性沿海拔梯度分布特征进行研究。结果表明:在各海拔梯度内羊草均占优势地位。随着海拔梯度的升高,α多样性指数均呈现先降低后升高的变化趋势;在影响Simpson多样性指数的程度上,丰富度指数高于均匀度指数。随着海拔梯度的升高,β多样性指数具有先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势。在海拔梯度1 200 m~1 300 m与1 300 m~1 400 m之间群落物种相似度较高,物种更替速率较慢;在海拔梯度1 100 m~1 200 m 与1 200 m~1 300 m之间群落物种组成差异性较大,物种更替速率较快。

Abstract〗Based on the grassland vegetation in the Xilin River Basin, the species importance values, and α, β diversity index were used to study the distribution of plant community diversity along the altitudinal gradient. At each altitude gradient, Leymus chinensis was dominated. With the increase of the altitude gradient, α diversity index trended to decrease first and then increase. To the affected extent of Simpson diversity index, the richness index was higher than the evenness index. With the increase of the elevation gradient, β diversity index trended to decrease first and then increase, then decrease again. The species had high similarity between 1 200 m and 1 300 m, and between 1 300 m and 1 400 m altitudinal gradient. The species replacement rate was slow. At the altitude gradient of 1 100 m~1 200 m and 1 200 m~1 300 m, the species composition had distinct difference, and the species replacement rate was rapid.

〖篇 名〗嵌入式电袋复合除尘器除尘性能实验研究

〖摘 要〗通过建立实验模型分别研究了工作电压、入口风速、开孔率和电晕线数对嵌入式电袋复合除尘器除尘效率的影响。通过对比优化得出复合除尘器的最佳结构参数,以及较优的工作电压和入口风速,并对优化后的复合除尘器进行分级效率测定,结果表明:随着开孔率的增加,除尘效率先减小后增大,当开孔率为0.356时复合除尘效率最高;在一定范围内,随着工作电压的增大除尘效率升高,当工作电压为40 kV时,除尘效率高达97.1%;电晕线数对除尘效率影响较大,当电晕线数为7时除尘效率最好;在最佳结构参数和最优操作条件下,复合除尘器对PM2.5的去除效率高达92.4%,比相同实验条件下单一电除尘器提高11%。

Abstract〗An experimental model was established to research the effect of working voltage, entrance velocity, porosity, corona wire number on the dust removal efficiency of embedded electrostaticfabric integrated precipitator. The optimal structure parameters of the integrated precipitator were obtained, and the working voltage and entrance velocity were optimized as well. The classification efficiency of the optimized integrated precipitator was tested. The experimental results showed that with the increase of the aperture ratio, the dust removal efficiency increased first and decreased later. When the opening porosity was 0.356, the combined dust removal efficiency reached to maximum. Within a certain range, the dust collection efficiency increased with the working voltage rising. When the voltage was 40 kV, the dust removal efficiency was 97.1%. The corona line had great influence on dust removal. When the corona line number was 7, the combined dust removal efficiency reached to maximum. Under the optimal structure parameters and the optimal operating conditions, the removal efficiency of PM2.5  was 92.4%. In the same experimental conditions, the removal efficiency increased by 11% compared to the electrical precipitator.

〖篇 名〗MATLAB在液化天然气储罐泄漏扩散研究中的应用

〖摘 要〗以高斯烟羽模型为基础,利用MATLAB编程软件,模拟液化天然气(LNG)泄漏的动态过程,并通过分析泄漏后气体浓度空间分布图、俯视图及等浓度线来研究LNG泄漏源有效高度、风速对气体扩散的影响。结果表明:随着泄漏源有效高度的增大,危害范围逐渐减小;随着风速的逐渐增大,危害区域也是逐渐减小;在风速一定的情况下,泄漏源有效高度与泄漏源有效高度的最高点浓度呈反比;在泄漏源有效高度不变的情况下,风速与泄漏源有效高度的最高点浓度也成呈反比。

Abstract〗Aiming at the influence of liquefied natural gas (LNG) diffusion, this paper selected Gaussian plume model to simulate liquefied natural gas diffusion process, and studied the effect of leakage source effective height and wind speed on gas diffusion using the MATLAB programming software. The simulation results showed that with the increase of the leakage source effective height, the damage range gradually reduced. As the wind speed increased, the damage area shrank too. If the wind speed fixed, the leakage source effective height was inversely proportional to the highest concentration at that effective height. While if the leakage source effective height fixed, the wind speed was inversely proportional to the highest concentration at that effective height, also.

〖篇 名〗杭州市区霾和非霾天气下污染状况分析

〖摘 要〗利用2006—2015年杭州环境空气质量及霾等观测数据,分析近几年杭州的霾日数变化,比较霾与非霾两种情况下污染物浓度和气溶胶消光特性的差异。结果表明:杭州霾出现频繁,近10年来年均霾日数在160 d左右,频率高达40%以上。每月PM2.5超标天数与霾日数有较好吻合。随主要污染物浓度升高,能见度呈下降趋势。绝大多数月份均存在霾天气下污染物浓度高于非霾,霾天气下PM2.5的早晚高峰日变化特征更加明显。能见度的日变化呈现双谷特征。

Abstract〗Using the observation data of ambient air quality and haze from 2006 to 2015 in Hangzhou, the changes of hazy 〖JP2〗days in recent years was analyzed. The pollutant concentration and extinction properties were compared between hazy and no hazy weather. The results showed that the haze phenomena in Hangzhou appeared frequently. The annual average of hazy days were about 160 days during the last 10 years, and its frequency was over 40%. The monthly days of PM2.5 which exceeded the control limit were consistent with hazy days. With the increase of the major pollutants, the visibility reduced. The concentration of pollutants in hazy weather were higher than that in no hazy weather. The daily variation characteristics of PM2.5 in hazy weather became more obvious during morning and evening rush hours. The daily variation of visibility presented a doublevalley characteristics.

〖摘 要〗通过在下辽河平原布设217个地下水采样点,调查监测其中典型的无机、有机化合物,并应用美国EPA健康风险评价模型进行风险评价。结果表明:该区域地下水中无机化合物较有机化合物浓度水平高;无机化合物中NO-3、NO-2、Mn及As浓度较高,有机化合物中γ-六六六浓度较高。所有监测的无机、有机化合物通过饮用水途径引起的致癌风险高于非致癌风险;所有化合物的非致癌风险数值均小于ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平10-6a-1,As致癌风险最大值为6.15×10-5 a-1,超过EPA推荐的可接受值 5.0×10-5 a-1。

Abstract〗In this study, 217 groundwater sampling sites were set around the Lower Liaohe River Plain to monitor the concentration of inorganic and organic compounds, and the health risk of these compounds in groundwater were evaluated by the US EPA health risk assessment model. The results showed the concentration of inorganic compounds were higher than that of organic compounds, the concentrations of NO-3,NO-2,Mn and As in inorganic compounds were relatively high and the concentration of γBHC in organic compounds was relatively high. The results of environmental health risk assessment indicated that the carcinogenic risk induced through drinking water pathway was higher than that of noncarcinogenic risk;noncarcinogenic risks of all compounds were lower than the standard recommended by ICRP. The highest carcinogenic risk of As was 6.15×10-5 a-1, which exceeded the acceptable value of 5.0×10-5 a-1 recommended by EPA.

〖篇 名〗基于模糊综合模型的湿地沉积物重金属污染评价

〖摘 要〗应用模糊综合-加权模型,以及温州市3个典型湿地沉积物中7种重金属含量数据,对温瑞塘河重金属污染进行评价。模糊综合评价结果表明,温州市居民区河流三垟湿地沉积物属于Ⅴ级重金属污染水平,主要污染元素为Zn和Cd;山前上游河段卧龙河沉积物为Ⅲ级污染,主要污染物是Cd。工业区河流牛桥底河沉积物虽然也是Ⅴ级,但是Cu、Cr、Ni、Zn和Cd 5种重金属污染分值为1.0,小于前2个典型河段的1.2和3.3。内梅罗指数法和潜在生态危害系数法评价结果显示,沉积物的重金属污染程度为牛桥底河>三垟湿地>卧龙河,这与模糊综合评价结果相符。

Abstract〗A fuzzy comprehensiveweighted model and the content data of 7 heavy metals in sediments from 3 typical wetlands were used to assess heavy metal pollution in Wenruitang river. The results of fuzzy comprehensive assessment showed that the sediments from Sanyang wetland, which located in residential area, belonged to Ⅴgrade pollution, Zn and Cd were the main pollutants. Sediments from Wolonghe river locating in hilly upper reach, belonged to Ⅲgrade, with Cd as the primary pollutant. Though the sediments from Niuqiaodihe river locating in industrial area, also belonged to Ⅴgrade, the pollution score of  5 heavy metals(Cu,Cr,Ni,Zn and Cd)was 1.0, smaller than its scores in the former two typical river reaches which were 1.2 and 3.3, respectively. Results of heavy metal pollution level in sediments by Nemerow indexes and Potential ecological risk coefficient assessment were arranged in order of Niudihe > Sanyang wetland > Wolong river, which were consistent with fuzzy comprehensive assessment results.

〖摘 要〗采用固相萃取-氢火焰离子化检测器气相色谱法测定水中15种酞酸酯类化合物,通过试验优化前处理条件,使方法在0.500 mg/L~20.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.20 μg/L~0.39 μg/L。空白水样的加标回收率为66.6%~120%,试验6次结果的RSD为5.7%~12.5%。用该方法测定实际水样,加标回收率为66.8%~119%,6次测定结果的RSD为5.4%~11.8%。

Abstract〗Fifteen kinds of PAEs in water were determined by gas chromatography with solidphase extraction in this research. The optimal conditions of pretreatment were discussed. The results indicated that the linearity was good from 0.500 mg/L to 20.0 mg/L. The detection limits were from 0.20 μg/L to 0.39 μg/L. The spiked recoveries of blank water samples were 66.6%~120%, and the relative standard deviations of 6 repeated measurements were 5.7%~12.5%. The spiked recoveries of actual water samples were 66.8%~119%, and the relative standard deviations were 5.4%~11.8%.

〖摘 要〗通过对比液液萃取法、大孔吸附树脂法、固相萃取膜法、动态活性炭吸附法和固相萃取小柱法的试验效能,最终选择固相萃取小柱法作为测定水中7大类27种SVOCs的前处理方法,并对其进一步优化。试验表明,该方法在10.0 μg/L~500 μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.003 1 μg/L~0.03 μg/L,空白加标样的回收率为70.9%~93.8%,RSD≤11.2%。

Abstract〗By comparing the test effectiveness of liquidliquid extraction, macroporous resin adsorption, membrane extraction, dynamic activated carbon adsorption and SPE, SPE was finally chosen as the pretreatment method for determining 27 kinds in 7 categories of SVOCs, and the test conditions were further optimized. Experiment results showed that this method had good linearity in the range of 10.0 μg/L~500 μg/L, the detection limits were 0.003 1 μg/L~0.03 μg/L, RSD≤11.2%, the recoveries ranged from 70.9%~93.8%.

〖摘 要〗2015年秋季(9月—11月)在贵州省典型城区空气污染观测期间,使用大流量PM2.5采样仪连续7 d 采集贵州省典型城区环境空气中PM2.5。采用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)、GC-MS法测定大气PM2.5中16种正构烷烃,通过试验优化前处理条件,使方法在0.500 μg/L~100 μg/L之间线性良好,方法检出限为0.001 μg~0.005 μg。3个质量比水平的加标回收率为70.7%~91.7%,6次测定结果的RSD在1.8%~13.0%之间。

Abstract〗During the air pollution observation period in the autumn of 2015 (SeptemberNovember) in typical urban area of Guizhou Province, PM2.5 samples were collected from typical urban environmental air in Guizhou province for seven consecutive days using a large flow PM2.5 sampler. A method of gas chromatographymass spectrometry with ASE to determine 16 nAlkanes in PM2.5 was established.The pretreatment method was optimized. The optimized method had good linearity in the concentration range of 0.500 μg/L~100 μg/L. The method detection limits were in the range of 0.001 μg ~0.005 μg. The spiked recoveries in 3 mass ratios ranged from 70.7%~91.7%. The RSDs of 6 repeated determination results ranged from 1.8%~13.0%.

Abstract〗Taking a production process in a pharmaceutical enterprise as an example,  the emission chart of each pollution factor was made by considering together in each working section the production procedure and time, exhaust gas emissions, estimated concentration of pollutants, etc. The optimum sampling time was therefore determined as one hour when the emission concentration of each pollution factor reached maximum.

〖摘 要〗结合湖南烟花爆竹产业实际情况,研究分析了烟花爆竹放射性核素污染的主要来源,采用便携式 γ 辐射剂量检测仪快速检测了主要原材料和湖南浏阳、醴陵、常德、郴州、邵阳生产的各类烟花爆竹成品中放射性核素总含量。结果表明,与环境辐射本底值相比,湖南烟花爆竹主要原材料及产品未受到明显的放射性核素污染。

Abstract〗Based on the fireworks and firecrackers industry in Hunan, the main source of radionuclide contamination of fireworks and firecrackers was investigated and analyzed in this paper. The portable γradiation dose detector was used for rapid determining the total content of radionuclide in the main raw materials and all of the  products from the factories in Liuyang, Liling, Changde, Chenzhou and Shaoyang of Hunan province. The results showed that compared with the local radiation environment, the fireworks and firecracker products and its raw materials were not polluted  significantly by radionuclide contamination.

〖摘 要〗以丙烯酸为原料,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂制得聚丙烯酸树脂(PAA),用于制备表面粗糙、介孔丰富的镧(Ⅲ)改性聚丙烯酸复合树脂(LaPAA)。试验表明,当500 mg/L氟离子溶液pH值为5、吸附时间为300 min时,LaPAA对氟离子的去除率在90%以上。Langmuir方程能较好地拟合氟离子在LaPAA上的吸附等温线,最大吸附量为159.24 mg/g,吸附动力学过程符合准二级动力学方程。

Abstract〗Acrylic composite resin (PAA) was prepared using acrylic acid (AA) as raw materials, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinker, and modified by lanthanum nitrate to produce LaPAA adsorbent. LaPAA had rough surface and abundant mesoporous. The results showed that more than 90% fluorine ion removal rate was achieved from 500 mg/L aqueous solution at adsorption time 300 min and pH 5. The fluorine ion adsorption isotherm on LaPAA matched well with Langmuir's equation and the maximum adsorption capacity was 159.24 mg/g. The study indicated that adsorption kinetics was consistent with the pseudosecondorder kinetic equation.

〖摘 要〗以改性亚麻为吸附剂,含有染料甲基紫的溶液为模拟废水,考察吸附剂的吸附性能。利用响应面设计实验,分析改性温度、吸附时间、吸附剂用量对吸附剂吸附量和去除率之间的相互影响。结果表明:改性温度55 ℃、吸附时间120 min,吸附剂用量为0.1 g条件下吸附量和去除率分别为39.65 mg/g和99.26%。

Abstract〗The adsorption properties were investigated based on modified flax as adsorbent and methyl violet solution as simulated wastewater. According to the Response Surface Method, the interaction effects of modification temperature, adsorption time and adsorbent dosage on adsorption capacity and removal rate were analyzed . The results showed that the adsorption capacity and removal rate were 39.65 mg/g and 99.26% under the modification temperature of 55 ℃, adsorption time of 120 min and adsorbent dosage of 0.1 g. The adsorption model was consistent with pseudosecondorder kinetic and Freundlich isotherm model.
